Facebook followers, you already know that Brian and I, along with Jenn will be doing some good old fundraising this year to help with Parkinson’s disease treatment research. For those of you not following us on Facebook, or for those of you who would like to see the details again, the three of us will be at the 5th annual Cheyenne Mountain High School craft show on December 3rd. At the show you can come and meet us if you’re local or in town, and take home a crocheted good for a donation that will go to the Michael J Fox Foundation (MJFF). We will be there between 9 AM and 4 PM MST on Saturday, December 3, 2016.
If you would like to help us with this fundraiser there are a few options.
- Come visit us on the 3rd. If you’ll be in Colorado Springs, or can get there easily this is the best way for you to help out. Not to mention we’d love to meet you! You’ll get to see some of our work up close, and chat with us. You’ll find us at :
Cheyenne Mountain High School
1200 Cresta Rd
- Make a donation online. For the readership that can’t make it to Colorado Springs, CO (and let’s be honest this is most of you) you can still help. In fact we appreciate anyone who would like to. Jenn has a personal goal of raising $3,000 this year, and we aim to help her get there. If you’d like to see your name on the Team Member list we encourage you to add yourself as a team member.
- Donate a project to be sold or material for us to make a project. If you’d like to add something to be at the craft fair please email Brian and I at email@example.com . If you don’t have time to make a project, but would like to help us out you can donate yarn. We will be making lots of fox themed projects, but feel free to donate anything you would like.
I appreciate anyone who wants to help, and look forward to meeting you in December.
